Upon contact with SQWV a membership information pack including scheme standards and scheme application form will be forwarded to you for completion and return, together with your subscription payment. Your subscription will be calculated according to the total number of carcases sold per year, as per the table below. This fee covers the cost of member assessments, printing and posting of carcase labels, scheme standards, member documentation and general administration of the scheme.

| 501 - 1000 | £320 + VAT = £376 |
| 1001 + | £350 + VAT = £411.25 |
How often is membership renewed?
Membership is renewable on an annual basis.
Renewal notices will be issued in April annually with any new applications
received January- March not being invoiced again until the following April
e.g. any applications received between Jan. – March 2006 will pay to join
the scheme on application but won’t receive another invoice until early
April 2007.
Is it possible to have more than one business
under one membership?
Each individual business must hold its own
membership.
